Drove LUXE PACK trade show growth through integrated social and email campaigns, achieving +25.3% YoY pre-registrations (to 8.8K) and +19.5% YoY attendance for the LA edition. Scaled Instagram followers from 17.4K to 18.7K, lifted LinkedIn impressions by 22.4%, and drove a 44.8% increase in social-referred website visits. Ran A/B tests on segmented email campaigns to optimize open and conversion rates.

MARKETING RESEARCH INTERN, P&G
Conducted market research on Head & Shoulders and OLAY, producing 10+ intelligence reports across social, e-commerce, and content marketing. Applied STP, SWOT, and competitive benchmarking to evaluate brand strategy, and ran Python sentiment analysis on 200+ reviews to surface consumer perceptions and product issues.

Led competitive analysis for a Laundress × Blueair incubation concept, benchmarking 7 brands and 20+ SKUs across price, purification, and scent diffusion. Ran consumer research through a 10-question survey and focus groups to identify 4 usage scenarios, 6 pain points, and 4 user personas. Integrated product concepts across 5 core product lines and 5 replaceable-scent formats, building the new-product Message House with target audience, value proposition, and a scent-refill repurchase model.
